All Officers are in two way radio contact with our 24 hour control room. Incidents or concerns are dealt with by trained operational controllers who will instigate the required response in the event of emergencies.

Key Holding/Rapid Alarm Response

We will assume keyholder responsibility for your premises and respond to any alarm activations.

Officers will search the premises on arrival, inform the emergency services and keyholder if necessary, whilst at the same time making sure that the premises are secure.
