Staff Selection and Vetting All staff go through a rigorous selection and vetting process based on the British Security Industries Association standard which covers a minimum period of ten years previous employment. In certain circumstances application may be made to the police for a DPA Certificate. Operating procedures Management systems are accredited to ISO 9001 and general operating policies are in line with BS 7499 covering manned guarding. Contract Insurance All our contracts carry standard insurance cover although higher risks can be arranged with prior consultation. All staff are fidelity bonded. Company history The company was established in 1992 in association with Tyne & Wear Development Corporation to provide quality security services for their development sites across the region. Now independent, we have grown to become a respected specialist provider of security services to a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors including local and health authorities.
